Happy Third Birthday Belinda!

We had a happy birthday party for Belinda on Saturday!  It's a cliche' but it is truly hard to believe she's three already.  Belinda really wanted a Pooh cake - so we had a Pooh Birthday!

Everyone got their own honeybear for drinks.

 

We did manage to have a family shot this year - I made sure of it.

Belinda enjoyed her new wagon with cousin Isabelle and friend Yoli.  The weather was extremely chilly.45 degrees- but the kids were glad to see sunshine and didn't mind playing outside.

She was so glad to finally see the Pooh cake!

Grandma Cheryl gave Belinda a blanket dollhouse. She can use it camping and anywhere else.

We were so happy to celebrate with the family and friends.

Brrrr Winter

Winter is still here in Milwaukee.  We might have one of the coldest First Days of Spring ever.  But hey - it is Milwaukee.  It doesn't compare to growing up in Brainerd, MN or going to college in Moorhead, MN.  Milwaukee will always seem mild to me.

The lovely girls and I have been having a nice month.  Here are some photo highlights.

 Belinda always enjoys hanging out with her friend Yoli.  Yoli's mom, Kelcey, is an art teacher by trade, so they enjoy crafting together and creating beautiful works of art.

 Melody has become a self-feeder.  She enjoys grabbing at puffs and sitting in her high chair.  Her favorite foods are peas and applesauce.

 Grandma Cheryl came for a visit.  They managed to wear coordinating outfits for a photo.  We're always happy when Grandma Cheryl is here.

 Belinda loves to help shoveling.  Hopefully this will continue as she grows up.

 Melody enjoys sucking her toes and anything else she can get in her mouth.





These two girls are becoming fast friends.  Belinda loves to play with Melody and usually shares her toys.
